Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026

Close3x (from the Revenue Inc team) provides a phone-intelligence layer that scores contact lists supplied by our customers. This policy explains what data we process, why, and the choices you have.

This document is a template provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Final terms are governed by your signed agreement; have counsel review before relying on it.

1. Who we are

Close3x is operated by Revenue Inc ("we", "us"). For questions about this policy or your data, contact christian@revgenlabs.com.

2. Data we process

Contact data you upload. Lists you submit for scoring (names, phone numbers, and any other columns in your file). We process this solely to perform scoring and enrichment and return results to you.

Account data. Your name and email, managed through our authentication provider, and your organization's usage and credit balance.

Usage data. Standard logs (timestamps, request metadata) used to operate and secure the service.

3. Roles (controller / processor)

For the contact data you upload, you are the controller and we are a processor acting on your documented instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to supply that data and to use the results.

4. How we use data

To provide the service (score and enrich your lists, return results, push to your configured webhooks/API), to manage your account and credits, to secure and improve the platform, and to comply with law. We do not sell your data.

5. Subprocessors

We rely on vetted third parties to deliver the service, including infrastructure and database hosting, authentication, transactional email, and our scoring/enrichment data provider. A current list is available on request, and we flow equivalent data-protection obligations to them.

6. Retention

We retain uploaded lists and results for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and delete or return them on request or after termination, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and encryption of sensitive credentials at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. For contact data we process on a customer's behalf, please direct requests to that customer (the controller); we assist them in responding.

9. Telemarketing compliance

Scoring outputs are predictive signals, not a license to call. Customers are solely responsible for using results in compliance with applicable telemarketing and privacy laws (e.g. TCPA, DNC, GDPR/CCPA).

10. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders.
