Terms of Service

Close3x is a phone-intelligence layer: we score customer-supplied phone records by likelihood to connect and, where selected, enrich contacts using third-party data vendors. We are not a dialer, CRM, or data vendor, and we do not place calls on your behalf.

You're responsible for your account, your API keys, and activity under them. Keep credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

The service is credit-based. Credits are consumed as records are scored or enriched at the rates shown in-product (Quick Score, Deep Score, and enrichment tiers). Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire per your order. A list is charged only for valid records actually processed; reservations for rejected or failed lists are released.

You agree not to use the service or its outputs to:

• contact numbers in violation of TCPA, DNC, or equivalent rules;
• conduct unlawful, harassing, or deceptive outreach;
• build a competing scoring/data product, or reverse-engineer the platform.

You warrant you hold the rights to process any data you upload.

Your uploaded data remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the scored/enriched output for your internal sales and business-development purposes.

Scoring and enrichment are predictive and probabilistic. The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant any specific number of connects, conversations, meetings, or closed deals, nor the accuracy or deliverability of any individual record (much of which originates from third-party vendors).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may stop using or providing the service per your agreement. Provisions that by nature survive (confidentiality, IP, limitation of liability) survive termination.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Any signed Master Service Agreement or Order Form controls over these terms in case of conflict, and sets the governing law and venue.
